Wine Bar Fit Out

OUR BRIEF

Our client, an operator of premium central London bars, had recently taken over a new site in EC2. They were looking for a contractor to help them completely renovate the former restaurant by removing the existing fixtures and fittings, reconfiguring the floor plan and fitting a new interior to their exacting standards. The client’s brand is a premium one and, therefore, the quality of finish was uncompromising. It was a challenge we were excited about.

OUR WORK

Despite the logistical challenges of a busy central London location, we planned carefully to ensure the swift removal of old equipment, fixtures and fittings as soon as keys were in hand. Our tradesmen were then able to set about a speedy reconfiguration of the space thorough the relocation of stud walls, installation of new lighting and signage, complete replacement of existing flooring and a thorough redecoration. We also designed and built a hand-finished bespoke bar that was not only unique and stylish, but provided additional valuable seating space. Our carpenters, electricians, plumbers, floor layers and decorators worked around the clock to bring our client’s vision to life without delay.

THE RESULT

The end product ticked all of the boxes for our client and enabled them to open their new venue on time. Through careful planning, we were able to manage costs and implement last-minute changes with minimal disruption to the project timeline, despite an already demanding schedule. The client was so pleased, we went on to complete similar works at a number of their other venues. Cheers!
