For over 15 years we have been working with a public sector client that operates a large property estate across Greater London. As one of their main property maintenance contractors, we are responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of their large and varied estate. Their portfolio includes commercial and residential assets including offices, storage units, communal bathrooms and kitchens, residential units, garages, car parks, training centres, bars, canteens amongst others. Each of the 40+ buildings across London must be maintained to a high standard so that their staff have a safe and functional place to work.


We work closely with the in-house surveyors and individual property managers alike to respond to a variety of their building maintenance needs.

Reactive Maintenance
Our team are on hand to respond in the event of unexpected damage or malfunction across the estate. From break ins to blockages, we have appropriately trained tradesmen to help solve the problem. A bespoke agreement with our client means that we are able to commit to service levels that suit their individual needs and budget. Preventative property maintenance is crucial in reducing disruptive unplanned repairs. By maintaining and improving the building fabric regularly, such disruption can be largely avoided.
